Calyveo Refund Policy

At Calyveo, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines exactly how refunds work and what to expect if an issue arises with your purchase.

No Returns Policy

Calyveo does not accept product returns. We do not offer exchanges or accept items shipped back to us for any reason, including buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. All sales are considered final in terms of physical returns.

30-Day Eligible Refund Window

While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds for eligible issues when requested within 30 days of the delivery date. This means customers have a 30-day window from the day their order arrives to report a qualifying problem and request a refund.

Requests made after the 30-day window has closed will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the circumstances.

What Qualifies for a Refund

Refunds are issued only for legitimate, eligible issues, which may include:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item is significantly different from what was described or advertised
  • Order was never received (confirmed lost in transit)
  • Incorrect item was shipped due to our error

What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen display differences
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window has passed
  • Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach photos or videos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within [2–3] business days

Refund Approval and Processing

  • Once a refund request is approved, no return shipment is required — you may keep or dispose of the item as you see fit, unless otherwise instructed
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Non-Eligible or Denied Requests

If your refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria above, or is submitted after the 30-day window, we will be unable to issue a refund. Our team will explain the reason for denial and, where possible, offer alternative solutions.
